Raw Local Honey

This is dark amber Texas wildflower honey. Not clover. Not orange blossom. Not standardized for grocery store shelves.

Our hives work across Tarrant, Denton, Wise, Parker, and Collin Counties. They forage on native plants, suburban gardens, and whatever's blooming within flight range. That means the flavor shifts with the seasons sometimes darker, sometimes lighter, always honest.

We don't ultra filter it. We don't blend it for consistency. We extract it, strain out the big chunks, jar it, and get it to you.

This is what local honey is supposed to taste like.

~$15 per pound

We offer three honey sizes ranging from 1-lb squeeze bottles to 3-lb quart glass jars.

Bee Pollen

Everybody is talking about bee pollen these days. Discover what the fuss is all about.

Bee pollen has become incredibly popular, especially during allergy season. The logic is simple: consume small amounts of local pollen and help your body adapt to what's in the air around you.

The problem? Most pollen sold online is imported often from Turkey or other distant sources and it's frequently old, inconsistently handled, and disconnected from any meaningful information about where it came from.

Pollen is fragile. Freshness and storage matter.

Ours comes from the same North Texas forage zones as our honey. We collect it carefully, store it properly, and keep it local. It's nutrient dense, minimally processed, and tied to the environment you actually live in.

If you're looking for allergy support or just want to try one of the most complete natural foods available, this is the real thing.

Safety note : Introduce bee pollen slowly, especially if you have severe allergies. Start with just a few granules per day.

~ $12 per 50ml jar (designed to last about a month)

Honeycomb

Cut comb honey the way it's supposed to be eaten. Messy. Sticky. Perfect.

This is honey still in the wax cells the bees built. You eat the whole thing wax and all. It's chewy, rich, and about as close as you can get to putting your face directly into a hive without the stings.

Not always available. When we have it, we have it. When we don't, we don't.

People love this stuff for charcuterie boards, dessert pairings, or just eating straight with a spoon like a barbarian. No judgment here.

Propolis

We don't advertise this. We don't keep inventory. We pull it when asked.

Propolis is the sticky, resinous substance bees collect from tree buds and use to seal gaps in the hive. It's antimicrobial, waterproof, and has been used in folk medicine for centuries.

Some people chew small pieces for throat support. Others make tinctures. We're not making health claims just acknowledging that this is a traditional hive product with a long history of use.

If you're interested, ask. If we have it, we'll set some aside. If we don't, we'll let you know when we do.

That's it. No sales pitch. No countdown timer. Just a nod to the people who know what they're looking for.

~ $20 per bag
